
VALVES ARE CLEANED THEN HAND LAPPED FOR A SMOOTH LIGHTING ACTION WE THEN DO A PORT ALIGNMENT OF VALVES. SLIDES ARE HAND LAPPED THEN TESTED SO THEY MOVE SMOOTH AND EASY. HORN IS POLISHED(NOT OVER BUFFED) TO A VERY HIGH LUSTRE. EVERY PART, SLIDES, FELT, KEY PAD, SPRING AND VALVES ARE CHECKED. WE DO NOT RELY ON USING A HIGH SPEED AND HIGH CUTTING COMPOUND TO REMOVE THESE MARKS.
